UPDATED: NOV 18, 2021 Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Tipple. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, semi sweet and sour, white grape, fruit loops, shurbet, blueberry, rasoberry. Flavour is composed of sharp lemon, tart raspberries, fuzzy peaches, sharp , bitter lemon peel. Palate is super sharp, prickly sour, highgish carbonation. Lovely fruit character.

UPDATED: NOV 14, 2021 Panda at home, thanks to Tips, 14/11/21. Moderately hazed golden orange with a thin white cap. Nose is tarte lemon, grass, hedgerow, modest funk, hay bale. Taste comprises lemon rind, grass, light funk, apple peel, light acidic tickle, damp wood, green berry must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sharp citric close. Ok saison if a touch on the sharp and tangy side.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2021 Bottle. Master of Malt. Hazed gold. Thin lasting white head. Nose has wheat. Peach flesh and stone. Light brett. Touch of cardboard. Taste has a sorbet tartness. Some astringency. Fine and brisk carbonation. Pretty acidic on the finish.

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2021 Bottle sample at a tasting. Slightly hazy yellow with white head. The aroma has notes of peach, apricot, vinegar, apricot leather. The flavor is mild sour with notes of peach, apricot, apricot leather, vinegar. Dry, medium-bodied.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2021 Bottle at a tasting. Hazy yellow color. Aroma is funky, some barnyard notes, peaches. Sour, funky, lactic, lemon, apples, wood, herbs, peaches, apricot. Light-medium bodied, dry. Very good.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2020 Tap at Kahdet Kasvot. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Flavor is tart, lemon, white grapes, vineous notes, green apples. Medium body, average carbonation, sour finish.

UPDATED: JUL 25, 2020 Hazy yellow color with minimal off-white head. Aroma has sour apples, peaches, tart elements. Taste is fruity with long sour and dry aftertaste. Flavors of citrus, sour apples, earthy flavors and peach.

UPDATED: APR 9, 2020 Not much Brett. Hazy gold, no head. Aroma of slightly musty peach. Taste is slight sour, no Brett, and peach. Very tasty.

UPDATED: APR 4, 2020 (Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 5 Oct 2019) Hazy yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, grapefruit an peaches. Fruity, tart taste with notes of peaches, citrus, grapefruit and a fresh acidity in a dry finish. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty with generous peach flavours. Quite harmonious. Very nice.
