UPDATED: NOV 27, 2021 Appearance is golden and clear, with a small fizzy head which quickly goes. Aroma- citrus fruit, lemon, orange hints, wheat, lager. Taste is salty, lemon, citrus, creamy malt hints. Fizzy mouthfeel, short finish which is a little tart.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2021 Can from lowcostbeer.com, 2 months past BBE. Cloudy gold, small white head, minimal retention. Lager aroma with a lime note which must be the Yuzu. Szechuan pepper does come through also. Taste again is a sort of take on lager and lime. Basic lager malts, citrus, quite sweet and only a hint of umami. peppery finish. Light bodied and moderate zingy carbonation. Somewhat disappointing, needed a better malt or hop profile to compliment the additions. However it is refreshing

UPDATED: JUL 19, 2021 330ml can. Poured a clear light golden colour with a fizzy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is light yeast, zesty yuzu fruit. The flavour is light sweet and sour, with a light, crisp, fresh, mineral, herbal, juicy yuzu, light pepper spice, light chamomile tea palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation. Light but very refreshing. Perfect for a hot summer day.

UPDATED: MAY 16, 2021 Loks like a pale ale and tastes as a low end supermarket brand pale ale. The beer is supposed to have fancy ingredients like Sichuan pepper and seeweed but the effect did not exceed a cardboard box.

Taste is medium, crisp, bittersweet, spice, pepper, lemon, straw. Finish is drying. Overall crisp, bittersweet, spice, pepper, lemon, straw. 1.6/5.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2021 33cl can from Honest Brew thin white head. Hazy pale golden pour. A little sweet and sour and saltiness.

UPDATED: JUL 25, 2020 Can from Haskins garden centre in Ferring. Clear pale amber with a thin white head. Lime aroma. Crisp refreshing lime.

UPDATED: JUL 24, 2020 Can from the brewery online shop. Pours light hazy pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light sour, salt, citrus. Taste has body, umami from the seaweed I guess. Sharp, clean finish. Light on the peppercorns, which was well judged.
