Solera foeder-aged mixed fermentation saison brewed with NY state malt & hops. Complex & tart with tangy, bright acidity. Rustic with soft oaky notes, light earthy funk and hints of vanilla & citrus.
UPDATED: AUG 8, 2021 On tap at the brewery. Pours pale yellow. Funk, light barnyard, lemon, peach, sweet stonefruit syrup, minerally. Medium body. Very good.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2021 Lemony, earthy, light nose, slight funk. Pale. Tart, clean, subtle. Medium finish with oak. Small bubbled. A bit overpriced maybe. Worth a try.
