Quick3Beers (2635) - East Falmouth, Massachusetts, USA - DEC 16, 2020
UPDATED: DEC 16, 2020 2,100th US rating! Pours a rich clear amber from a bottle. Very nice apple pie aroma, light vanilla note, apple peel. Similar flavor. Starts off very sweet but neither sickly nor syrupy. Sweetness quickly fades to a pleasant but light tartness in the finish, a nice quick journey. Great cider.

Tasting at Erik’s; corked bottle; sugar at harvest 34 Brix, residual sugar 15% by weight
Blond colour. Sweet, very good apple juice, the alcohol is a bit too evident, final astringency, touch of vanilla.
Not complex, but a good drink.

Golden colour. Not really getting a lot of legs on this. On the nose, brown sugar, and a fair bit of apple. Lots of apple, with a light, vibrant body.

Taster at Eden Winooski. Pours yellow with a white head. Not much lacing. Nice apple and booze notes on the nose and tongue. Finished clean.

mcberko (34280) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 8, 2018
Bottle sample at Northeast Kingdom, pours a clear copper. Aroma brings out rich caramel, toffee and brown sugar. Flavour is decadent, with rich caramel, brown sugar, treacle toffee and gentle apple acidity. Loads of depth, with a succulently sweet finish. Wonderful.

ctipping (3902) - Florida, USA - MAR 8, 2018
375 mL bottle. Clear deep golden. Smells of dry red apples with a little sharpness, but not a ton of sugar on the nose. Tastes pretty sweet, but has a tingly acidity to accompany it. Sweet apple and honey flavor up front. Sharp green apple sourness builds in the back end without fully materializing. Heavy and a touch boozy, but not the sweetest ice cider I've had. Good.
