UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 473ml can. Pours a clear dark brown, almost black with red hue and a medium, creamy, long lasting, tan head that leaves curtains of lace. Semi-sweet aroma of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate and caramel. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, spicy rye (almost peppery) and dark chocolate in a dry, mild bitter, coffee finish. Medium body with a thick, sticky, smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Delicious and well balanced.
UPDATED: MAY 17, 2021 Can. Near black in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas of medium roast coffee, chocolate, and caramel. Agressive coffee flavor, some sharp spicy rye malt, roasted malt, dark chocolate, and balancing pale malt. Lots to like here.
