UPDATED: AUG 2, 2021 27-03-21 // 330ml bottle. new brewery from the Eifel region in Rhineland-Palatinate. This topfermented Bock aka Brown Ale is opaque brown with a finepored beige head. Aromas of coffee and darker chocolate, hints of nuts and a burnt sugar note. Light roast bitterness. Thicker body but with a higher finely beaded carbonation. Ingredients list rock sugar, so bottle fermented?
