We took our Apple Brandy Finished Bourbon Barrel Dire Wolf and added a new spice profile for your enjoyment. 1 year in the barrel and then conditioned with Vietnamese cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla bean. This deliciously rich variant was designed to complement the barrel characteristics, not overwhelm them. Cheers!

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 22 oz. bottle from Kevin - thanks again! Pours a deep, dark, nearly opaque brown with a finger of tan head that settles into a ring and a half film that favors one side. Notes of cinnamon, roasted malts, dark chocolate, vanilla, earth, tobacco, apple brandy, raisins, oak, and bourbon. Medium-full bodied, with modest carbonation and a rich, roasty, warming, semi-sweet, lightly spicy mouthfeel. Very good.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2021 Sample at the WRB Taproom on 9/25/21. Darkest brown pour with a medium tan head. Aroma of malt, chocolate, cinnamon, bourbon, apple and coffee. Malty and chocolatey flavor with apple and cinnamon character before a roasty coffee finish.
