COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A richly malty base beer ferments in our oak foeder for 12 weeks with our house mixed culture. This beer combines toasty and chocolatey malts with lactic tartness and a just a hint of funk.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2019 Interesting choice to go with a brown ale for sour, giving both a darker color and a little maltier start to it. Gentle sour front, not a great deal of depth to that edge of it, and a mix of flavors, trended to fruit and wood, in the mid palate. Fine beer, nice experimentation, good impressions of the effort of the brewers at Wooden Robot. (Tap at Church Key, D.C.)

Draft at Pint Central. Hazy brown color scant head. Aroma of blueberry brownies. Taste is softly sor blueberry with soft roast. Decent.
