It pours black with a finger of tan foam.
The smell is bitter from the roasted malt, some sweet chocolate and some presence of lactose.
The taste is light roasted malt bitterness, sweet chocolate, lactose, pretty sweet finish.
Good mouthfeel, decent beer.

Aromas of roasted malt, cocoa, peppermint and earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of roasted malt, cocoa, peppermint and light earthiness with a smooth dry lingering peppermint cocoa finish.
