COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
“Level Up IPA” combines Citra, Azacca and Mosaic hops to create a golden, tropically infused, IPA with 6.5% ABV and an IBU score of 50. This isn't just any old IPA. It's a legit India Pale Ale with some serious tropical infusion. So drop in a coin and press play.
UPDATED: DEC 28, 2021 3x cans from the sampler box. Nose citrus (grapefruit / orange / tangerine) with some mango and musk, pineapple, hint of grass. Pour clear, rich golden with a hint of orange, head large and dense, sudsy eggshell with light but lasting lace. Taste medium-sweet but drying, lightly bitter, hint of tanginess, but very good tropical juiciness throughout, not oily, but with a little hoppy scratch. Excellent fruit finish that lingers, soft malt that seems wheaten, soft medium body and low alcohol presence means moreish. Musk is not overwhelming and we don't get to lotion town. Like this the best from their hoppy sampler. [2021.12.27: 3.7]
UPDATED: DEC 20, 2021 14 oz draft at The Pike Cafe, Reading, PA. Aroma and flavor or a mirror. Nice pineapple and mango with a soft malt body. Almost no bitterness
