UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 500ml Can - Hazy golden/light amber with a small head. Floral and herbal aroma with resinous hops, sage and hints of citrus, aniseed and elderflower. Herbal taste with sage, fennel, citrus and grass. Really enjoyable and interesting to see how similar the notes of Harmonie are in this fresh hop version compared to other beers I have had with this variety. I have not tried many thus far but right now I am a fan!

UPDATED: MAY 9, 2021 Clear gold with a large spritzy head. Aroma largely consistent with a Czech pilsner with some herbal overtones but nothing really distinct. After it warms a bit you do get more dank notes, but still nothing I could clearly identify. Taste like a overly bitter Czech pilsner. Ie, the hop bitterness is definitely there, and some flavor, but nothing distinct other than some vegetative notes. It's not bad, just not exactly a pilsner and not exactly an IPL

UPDATED: OCT 19, 2020 Clear golden color with high creamy white head. Aroma: bread, grass, herbal, touch of sourdough. Taste: bready body, strawy, bitter and dry hop feeling. Crisp, classic and ellegant lager. Excellent piece of craft.

UPDATED: NOV 22, 2019 0.75 l bottle thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague. Shared with Ogi and him. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, camomile, rose, light herbal. Grainy background. Bready. Mineral. Nice hoppy flavour, spicy herbal presence. Nice use of hops. Good base style. Dry finish, slightly bitter, quite flavourful. Light body, smooth texture, moderate carbonation. Drinkable.
