COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wunderschöne braune Farbe gekrönt von hellem, feinporig festem Schaum. Im Geruch sind diverse, süssliche Malznoten erkennbar. Diese bestätigen sich sogleich klar im Trunk und werden vom Geschmack nussigem Karamell sowie ausgewogenen Kakaonoten untermalt. Das Brownie ist vollmundig und zugleich spritzig frisch, einfach das Brownie Nougatbier.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2021 Bottle at the restaurant Zur Waage in Muttenz. My least favorite of the Zipfelbier. Hazy light brown color. Low bitterness. Medium bodied. Raisins and caramel throughout. Sweet. Not bad but unmemorable.
