UPDATED: AUG 17, 2021 Clear golden. Aroma is cereal with light flour light noble hops. Quite shy. Taste is very smooth light sweet cereal with almost no bitterness. Later there is some alcoholic bitterness but not too strong. Some vanilla. Very smooth but not so much character.

UPDATED: JUN 17, 2020 50cl bottle from a trade with Mariusz. Ein klares goldegelbes Bier mit einer geringen, aber haltbaren weißen Schaumkrone. Der Geruch ist leicht getreidig malzig, Stroh, etwas plörrig malzig. Der Geschmack ist dezent süß hell malzig, leicht getreidig, etwas Stroh, geringe Herbe.

UPDATED: MAY 27, 2020 €-Fläschle (...mit Dank am See!): Pale golden to golden, clear, visible carbonation, small persistent white foamy layer, moderate sweetish-grainy nose with some fruity spots underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, both fizzy and smooth; mildly increasing herbal - fortunately not grassy - bitterness in the aftertaste. Tasty Helles...

UPDATED: MAY 25, 2020 Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Light metallical background. Finish well balanced, but a bit boring malty. But still quite drinkable. Okay.

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2020 The beer has got a deep golden color with a steady head and medium body. Aroma of hops and citrus. Taste of hops, bread, citrus and malt. Mild finish.

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2020 bottle from Getränke Mebold Albstadt. Pale golden yellow, tall white head. Grainy-resiny nose. Rather light-bodied, elegant and sparkling, shy grainy malty flavours, grassy-herbal hops with a timid citrusy touch. Classic Helles, carefully brewed.
