70 Visited early Sunday afternoon. The 10 beer sampler was good value and offered the chance to try most of the varied selection of 15 beers.on tap. The only criticism is that it excluded the Silver award winner, the fresh hop and the flagship IPA. Service was very good even though it was busy. |
66 Busy brewpub with a bit of a chain-like vibe. About a dozen beers on tap... most were at least decent, but a couple were quite good. Very good nachos and pizza. The rest of the food coming out of the kitchen looked great too. |
70 Kind of big place, lots of people in the dining area when we visited so we sat outside. Nice patio and the staff was friendly but seemed stressed out. Beers are tasty. |
74 Large place with outdoor seating. Had two beers which were good but not great. Service at the bar were impeccable. Music was a lot of good (hard) rock which you unfortunately don’t get on many bars |
60 This place was totally packed on a Saturday for lunch, get there early. Fun place with lots of indoor and outdoor seating, good place for kids. They offer a sampler but they pick they 10, so that’s kind of a bummer. Overall, the ipas were ok, but everything else was just meh. The food was very strong, especially the pizza which had perfect thin crust that still held its form. Come to eat, not as beer destination. |
80 Ended up going here because Crux was packed. I don’t always feel good about supporting 10 Barrel due to the AB-InBev connection, and yet, I can’t say that I’ve ever had a bad experience here (or at the Portland location). The food here is really good, especially after a long hike, and the beer is excellent - especially the sours. Value is merely OK, but then again, probably the norm for Bend. Service was really good, and this place is really comfortable with a surfer vibe by the bar, a comfortable patio, and a kid-friendly dining area. It’s really nice; I just wish they’d cast off the overseers so I could feel better about visiting more often. |
82 A nice, cozy brewpub with big outdoor area and decent indoor space. Was a bit crowded by 6pm on a Saturday, but hey, that’s great for business! Service was fast and friendly, and seemed to know about the beer. Great selection of plenty of different styles, including a ten beer flight if you’re interested. Even though it’s now AB-InBev, it doesn’t feel any different than your local small town brewpub, which is nice. |
80 A great and varied selection of brews. Great indoor and outdoor area with a nice fire pit. Good service in the bar area. |
94 Wow awesome place. Exceeded expectations in every way. Hung out in the bar area, several small taster pours, exceptional sours and a freaking awesome BBQ chicken pizza with bacon and pineapple. What a cool place. Would certainly stop by again. |
