60 the third bottleshop we visited in Lille. It’s a bit further than the other 2, who are placed right beside eachother. the beers were the least interesting of all 3. Some belgians, some French beers ( but only in Belgian styles ) barely any bottles i’d like to buy. Prices are OK, so is the interior. |
84 Nice beer store on a commercial street. You will find a large choice of belgium and north french beers. The place is friendly, I recommended to visit if you looking for somthing local. |
68 Small beer store no too far from Hops Café. The old man at the "cashier" was friendly and he is definitely a + for the ambiance. Selection is small and focused on beers that aren’t too hard to find... but you still can get a 375 ml bottle of Cantillon Gueuze for less than 4 euros. I picked a bottle of the new Duvel Triple Hop Mosaic that wasn’t too pricey either. Prices are good. Overall, this is a small store that I wouldn’t mind having in my neighbourhood for an emergency stop, but when you are in Lille for beer, you only need to go to L’Abbaye des Saveurs. |
72 A nice little bottle shop near the market place, worth a visit. Fairly good selection of french beers, although mostly belgian ones. Not exactly a "beer-geek" place, but the owner is friendly, prices are affordables. A good shop overall. |
86 A beer store that sells 300+ beers close to the Wazames market. A good selection of Belgian and regional French artisanal/craft beers. Reasonably priced for French beer shop standards and a really knowledgeable owner. Feel free to discuss beer and do ask for recommendations. They have a system of deposit for the bottles(like in Belgian stores) which vary from 10-20cents depending on the size of the bottle. This can be bad for tourists and people who are sure that they cannot return with the bottle. |
