Packed into an amazing beer neighborhood north of downtown Portland. I could spend all day bouncing between breweries!

The best thing about this place is that it is in walking distance to at least 4 other breweries!

Tiny place near the Allagash. Like other breweries in this area, they have good IPAs but also fruited sours. They've been canning new beer when I visited and just filled cans were available to buy almost momentarly. No food but food trucks around. Worth a visit.

Tiny space, just a serving bar and two picnic tables inside, and a few more picnic tables in the parking lot. Half a dozen beers on offer, no flights but you can do five ounce pours. Bottles for sale as well. Sushi stand when I visited, first time I've seen sushi at a brewery, it's an interesting choice but I think I'm not a fan. Beers are tasty enough.

Located in the same side as Battery Steele. Tiny taproom with a bigger patio space. This place must be kind of uncomfortable in the winter or on a rainy day. They had four on tap and they were all solid though they had an odd way of delivering them. They just put them all on the counter without labeling them. It was hard to keep track of them. Also the service wasn't particularly warm or punctual. Definitely my least favorite of three I visited at 1 industrial.

Final stop on the Industrial Way beer tour. This place is even tinier than Foundation, but they have a good number of tables outside, so probably not too much fun to visit during the winter time.

I probably enjoyed their beers the best of the three breweries currently in the area. Doing some nice lower/moderate ABV hoppy beers and they also had a pretty nice stout on tap. A couple bottles to go, but I passed on those.

Staff was friendly enough and quick in terms of the service. Pretty cheap pours as well. Can’t complain.

Would definitely recommend stopping here.

Visited in June 2016. Around back from Foundation, and across the street from Allagash. So you’ll likely come here based on that alone. A couple of food carts outside a little before 2 on a Friday. Brightly colored walls, two picnic tables inside (and more outside on a gorgeous day in the mid 70s) for communal seating. Talked with some of the same people I had just talked with over at Foundation. Only three beers on tap while I was there, but at $2 a sample if you just want to tick, you’re in and out quickly and cheaply. Beers were very good.

Visited February 2016. Very small tasting room. 2 beers (both very good) and some bottles to-go. Worth of visiting definitely.

Numero tres of the breweries in this industrial space. Again, solid beers and this is surely becoming a beery mecca around here. The tasting room is tiny (no surprise) but ample seating if it’s not too busy. A few beers to enjoy on tap and there’s special bottles for purchase, such as Brett Loves Hops. Check it out.
