Nice new tap room in comfortable barn motif, very much in the middle of nowhere (much nicer than an industrial park). 11 beers on tap when I visited, most decent and a couple excellent. Very friendly service and reasonable prices.

After just having explored West Virginia brewpubs, I can well and truly say that this place is remote, holy cow. Once you find it, there’s plenty of parking outside a newly built fakey metal barn. This means the acoustics are a bit rough, though, but nothing that can’t be remedied. There’s a long bar, barrel tables, and a nice patio covered by tent tops. Visible through glass is a newly delivered seven barrel system, a nice step up from the garage homebrew system that started them down this journey - it should be in use soon. Beers were tasty, of course - ten of them on offer. Flight of four was seven bucks. Food is pretzels. Decent place, looking forward to seeing them transition to the new brewing system.

In an equipment (as opposed to horse) barn edifice in horse farm country. Owner-brewer was present as server too. Great friendly vibe. Really felt welcomed, and enjoyed reasonable flight whilst watching a parade of interesting people come and go. Beer was better than expected. Really enjoyed the stop.

Visited with GenDV138 on a rainy Saturday. They’ve just reopened. Gone are the close-quarters basement brewery (which had a pretty awesome charm to it). Now they are actually in a barn.

System seems to be the same, but they got room to grow. Bathroom is no longer on the other side of the laundry room.

Despite being closed for what feels like a year and a half or maybe even more, the owner remembered me. Beer was still tasty. Looking forward to taking some friends out here on a nice day. I’d certainly couple this with another brewery if you’re driving from afar. Vanish is about a 10 minute drive away, with a whole host of other breweries just a few additional minutes away.

Visited with radagast83 on a wet Saturday, just a few weeks after Barnhouse finally opened this new location. Located off some gravel roads in rural Lucketts. Looks more like a proper brewery here than their old location. Nice spacious interior with a good amount of tables and bar space. Very friendly service. Solid selection of seven beers, six of their own and a collaboration from Old Ox. Decent variety of styles. No food but they have bowls of pretzels to munch on. Reasonable prices, flights for $7 or individual tasters for $2. Worth a stop paired with other Loudoun County breweries or if you happen to be nearby.
