BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Huntington Beach

Just off 405 @ Beach, so it’s pretty convenient. Also very close to Total Wine - HB. Decor and ambiance is the same as all the BJs, really. Service seemed better than usual, which is nice. Ordered a glass of their seasonal IPA, which was meh as expected. Just another like all the rest. Just head up the road to Beachwood.

I was in the area so I decided to stop and give it a try. I was very pleased with my decision. I had the family with me and everyone enjoyed their meals. I had ordered a pizza and when it took a little longer to get to the table than everyone elses meal, the manager came by and apologized and offered for us to have dessert on him. It was a very generous thing to do since my pizza didn’t really come that much later than everyone elses meal. The kids had dessert while I decided to order another Harvest Hefeweizen (pretty good brew). It was a nice place to take the family and we will be making future visits when in the area.
