A fun place, with 8 meads on tap, as well as a bottle pour. 4 X 4 ounces pours for 14$. Service is friendly, crowd was fun, a good stop to change your taste buds.

Pretty cool tasting room near a bunch of other things. Flights of 4 meads available for $14, includes both draught and bottle options. Meads are decent, with one base mead (3:1 water:honey ratio), and the rest being different renditions of this base product. Friendly service. Worth a stop.

Solid meadery. They let you sample everything with the expectation/hope you'll buy bottles. I did. The meads were good.

Laws are changing in Virginia, so this place will soon be allowed to offer full pours and samples, and so they are building a proper tasting area. At the moment, you stand at the front counter and get small samples in plastic cups. The meads and one cyser are very tasty and range from bone dry to sweet but not cloying. They rotate mead selection more or less monthly, and of course have bottles for sale, $15 for a 375, $20-25 for a 750, good prices for mead. Meadmaker came from in back to give us samples of the next mead in the line-up. Solid place that will benefit greatly from a nice tasting room.

Visited with DCLawyer during their anniversary weekend. Small area up front reminiscent of a waiting area, slightly larger area in the back with a few tables. Quite a few bottled meads available in flights during the visit. Solid meads with a few standouts. Worth a stop if you’re in this section of RVA.

Bare bones tasting room. I found parking to be easy despite a crowd in the tasting room. Mead maker was there pouring his wares. Friendly and willing to education people on his mead and meadmaking in general. 2 bottles on offer, both being sampled, though the selection will likely grow as they’ve been open less than a week. Both meads I tried were tasty and well executed. Prices for bottles a little high but not bad for meads. Nice start and I hope they succeed going forward.
