Visited on a Tuesday afternoon in February 2020. It took me 15 minutes to walk to this place from my hotel (InterContinental ANA). The place was almost empty during my visit so I had a rather long chat with the friendly bartender. The selection was good. Well worth a visit if visiting Roppongi.

A sizeable bar, probably with a food, rather than a beer focus. A decent tap selection. Nothing special from Brewdog though, but a few interesting Japanese micros. Friendly staff and working Wi-Fi. Worth the journey especially with the other quality bars close by.

I visited during the evening after paying visits to Two Dogs Taproom and Ant n Bee first. This Brewdog bar fits the Roppongi scene well. It’s very popular here, particularly and not surprisingly with the foreign crowd. Of course, the bar is decked out in typical Brewdog fashion but it does appeal more on the comfort level than a number of the other bars I’ve been to. Guest taps are on hand that feature local breweries. Convenient location that will suit visitors to the area, but expect to get hit in the wallet accordingly.

Nice and trendy with free old video games situated throughout if you want to get your Street Fighter on. Staff has a few foreigners working, so language is not an issue and mostly beer geeks. Selection is huge and very good with a cellar of beers for take away. Prices are typical Roppongi.

Visited in the evening, was pretty crowded, but we managed to find a seat. Usual Brewdog interior, modern and industrial. 19 taps on, divided between 11 usual (except maybe Born to Die) Brewdog brews and guests (5x Magic Rock, 2x Mikkeller and one 8Wired). To be honest a bit disappointing for me because I’ve tried most of the guests, and nothing special from Brewdog. On the other hand the taplist at their web now looks better, Japanese and NZ micros as guests, Dog E and BA Hinterland. So not sure how to rate the selection, I guess it’s not that interesting for a Brewdog regular drinker. Food was good. Pricey as expected.

This place has changed a bit since the first time I visited. There is an added take-out fridge and some super Famicom games to enjoy, both are nice. The beer selection has grown in number but decrease in rarity. Summer of 14 I was able to secure some tougher to find bottles here. However the prices have seemed to drop, the takeaways were nicely priced. Solid value but nothing that blew my skirt up.
