Visited August 2020. We had our dogs with us, so it was outside serving. Observant staff, very friendly, so we got our beverages quickly. Nice outside seating on a square, centrally located. Good beer card. Have to visit it another time, as we did not get inside.

Visited August 2019. Good location on the corner of the square close to the cathedral, and visited in the early afternoon meant it was just some late lunchers there, but due to location sure it would get really packed at peak. Lots of seating/tables both outside on the square and across the floors inside. Very smart looking place and very much a “gastro” place to serve food alongside their own beers. Food looked good but was still fine to drink only and staff were friendly and engaged and happy to explain the beers on offer. Was quite a few beers to try across their 20+taps. Their own beers were “ok” nothing outstanding kind of 3.0-3.3 territory, but they come in flights so this is a good place to pop by to tick off this place and beers on offer.

Service outside, inside at 1st floor and in the cellar. Outs8de beer and food. 1st floor beer and food, cellar beer. The waiter jumped to me. Obvisously he had not much to do. Would have liked to see the restaurant at the 1st floor a bit closer as the cooks were preparing food in an open kitchen. Should only drink beer, so I was drawn to the cellar. 27 taps with more or less interesting beers. Just a few of them brewed at the premises. You could see the kettles, the storage tanks and the taps. Outside nice, few people, restaurant no people, cellar 2 people drinking wine + me. Cellar looked more like a cocktail bar because of the pink light.

27 taps (25 were on), 7 of which were their own brews. Coisbo also well representated. Service was rather slow even though there were onlty one other party. The food was to the expensive side and not very good. Luckily there are way better palces in Odense, so only go here for the ticks of their own beers

Visited around end of march, visiting boyfriends family. I just didn’t get this place. Beers tasted were stale. Why have 27 taps when you barely have 27 customers?

HAd a beer outside on the terasse, so did not spot the new bar Camons mentions, too bad. Only 3 of their beers on tap. Friendly service, not too busy this time of week/day.

Quite a nice place, restuarant as you enter, and a new bar with 27 taps downstairs, just 21 in use at my visit tho. I like the interior with wooden tables and benches, but ambiance was ruined somewhat by the smell of boiled cabbage downstairs. Selection kindof all over the place, had a good number of Coisbo, Amager, a Mikkeller or 2, Midtfyn, Thisted, Rise. Had to be noted that there was no beers brewed on site at our visit, wich was a letdown for me. Friendly service, 5 or 10 cl samplers sold at a fair price. Will proberly return if back in Odense, but hopefully they have started brewing by then.

They opened a new bar/brewpup in the basement. It has potential to become a good bar. Some of the beers served were in a good condition others were in a really bad condition. Especially the Coisbo no. series were old. Why serve old beer?

Great location, espcially on a sunny day in July, when you can enjoy a beer or two in what amunts to the town square. Friendly staff (gave me samples before deciding what to have), and a choice of glass sizes. Their rhubarb ale was very refreshing and their wheat bock satisfying, and alle their beers are brewed on the premises, according to the staff. Food menu looked good, althoug I didn’t eat. Will comeback.

Good menu, they rely on their own beers. Friendly staff. Good burger, nice 3-taster - recommended, pils ale + month’s. Located nearby town hall, tourist information. A must visit for ratebeerians.
