The brewery has chalets next to it. Stayed the night and was good fun. Good for a family too. Large beer variety of different standards. Close to nearby breweries Duckstein, Bootleg, Cowaramup and Colonial. Worth an over night trip.

Waited in line for quite a while before i tried to order some beers, the ones i would have like to try weren’t available on tap so got the tasting tray, some of the beers were interesting but hardly worth a second sip and the others were just downright disgusting. Took a few takeaways, they were all drain worthy.

A place where they have gone out their way to go out of the way is this shack in the middle of no-where. Got lost three times and found it but once in just over two years. Pull up on red clay in the middle of a forest to a quaint little home with no fence and an old Dodge utility parked out front with BSB nicely spray-painted upon its sides. Make our way through a few tables and a billiard table off to the side under the verandah, only to be reassured we are at a brewery by the twelve or so tap handles behind one single bar on the left inside and not that we have entered some rangers house in the middle of a ’reserve’. The young lass behind the bar was a breath of fresh air, full of local wisdom, good for a yarn about life in general, and well-prepped on the beers and ’wine-based girlie drinks’ they have to offer. Merchandise abundant, charm in excess, this was the most unique place - brewery, restaurant, lighthouse (whatever?) - that I have ever seen. Quite twilight zone, Evil dead, Funny farm, across the spectrum - if you can find it it is worth a visit. I recommend sourcing this one out!!!

At the end of a pot-hole stricken dirt road you will find this casual little brewpub. There is a modest playground for the kiddies, and some nicely shaded outdoor tables. All the unique craft beers are available, if not immediately on tap, then by the bottle. Lots of merchandise too.
