Tiny little farm brewery in the middle of hte country. They only make four core beers - each of which are okay (I like their hefeweizen the best). The tasting room is just an offshoot of the barn. Very dirty-looking. Absolutely nothing about the ambiance here is even remotely polished or professional. Though they make no apologizes for their image and I can respect that. $5 gets you samples of 7 beers - their 4 core brews and 3 tap-only releases. You can take a self-guided tour of the brewery and canning line if you want. Fine for a 10-minute stop as part of the Cooperstown Beverage Trail, but don’t make this a destination.

It’s an old barn and you can miss it if you blink. That said, service was great. Betsy was very friendly, knew about all the beers intimately and provided for a really positive experience. Beers were all solid. Seven on tap. Worth a visit.
