42 Tourist trap restaurant, but the interior is very nice. Beer selection fairly limited and the house beer was poor quality and not well-kept. Service very slow. |
68 Nice restaurant near city center. Very busy, seems one of the more popular places to dine (not for beer). One beer that they make on site. About a dozen other choices in bottles. Prices were high, service was slow. Since we didn't have reservations, they asked us to only stay two hours. Food was very good. Great interior. |

46 An elaborate, beautiful restaurant that was converted into a restaurant. Several floors of interior seating, with a bar in the middle, and a large patio. We went on a national holiday and they had some bands playing traditional Romanian music - it was pretty awesome. Beer-wise, there’s not much interesting here - they have a house pale lager to tick, plus a couple more industrial lager taps. Didn’t eat here, but it’s renowned for the food too. Not a top beer spot in Bucharest by any means, but it’s a fun place to check out. |

62 A very nice place in Bucharest! The interior is absolutely stunning, food is nice too, but their beer selection is very limited and prices tend to be steep. |
44 Like all the pubs in Bucharest this was a disappointment. Nice decoration and thats all. |
56 Tourist trap or not, the interior is nothing short of magnificent. In fact, the looks are the main reason I wouldn’t miss this restaurant, as their ’house beer’ is rather lame (though you can always have the excellent Ursus Black), service is nice but slow (too few waiters for this amount of patrons) and prices are on the high end. Oh, the food - I had Romanian sausages that were very tasty. Would probably not go back unless I start earning twice as much as I do, but nevertheless a valuable experience. |
62 Very beautiful restaurant in the old town. Slow service, food is fine. One home beer, not something great, and many Ursus. Worth the visit just to see it. |
56 This is really huge restaurant just in the city center. I think there were arount six to eight beers on tap (one home made, than Ursus in a lot of versions, Pilsner Urquell others i do not remember). The place is very crowded so without reservation you have to wait until some table become free. Staff was ok, but waiting time for beer was the longest i ever wait :) Food selection is big with lot of Romainian traditional meals.
Home made beer is low average pale lager. You could live without it, but the place is nice to visit. |
