78 Neat craft beer bar near Dotonbori. Decent sized place with a large bar and some tables. They had a good tap selection - maybe 20 taps? Lots of Japanese beers although they did have a number of Swedish taps on due to a recent event. Solid place, great beer list, worth a stop. |
64 Great lineup, with plenty of beers you won't see elsewhere. A lot of imports, but also some interesting and less common Japanese.
Good food. It was full on a Wednesday and there wasn't a lot of space, with only stools at high tables or counter. Prices are high (1300-1800pint), but you can order half pints for 700-900. For the ultra geeks they have some "rare" cans at crazy prices, 2000-4000. |
82 An awesome modern bar with 20 taps and a couple of hand pulls. The focus is clearly on standing here without a single chair in the bar! Lots of quality on offer here from all around the world. Less Japanese beers than I expected though. Friendly staff and English is not a problem. The best beer bar I’ve been to here in Osaka so far. |
58 Local com abiente agradável e confortável para padrões japoneses, a seleção de cervejas não era muito boa e o staff não manjava muito do assunto. |
88 Great craft beer place. A lot of selection. Price reasonable. |
70 Nice enough bar and reasonably busy given I was visiting on a Monday night. About a 10/15 minute walk from the Dotonbori area of Osaka and quite close to Orange Street, the bar had a ncie, cozy feel to it with quite a few beers on tap. Split mainly between Japanese beers and US imports, I managed to try a couple I'd not seen elsewhere on my trip. Prices were on the high side with imports ¥100 more expensive too but I'm glad I visited at least. |
72 One of the originals in Osaka. Good selection and a nice place.
It can be a bit pricy, but overall a fun place to go! |
78 This is an excellent bar for many reasons but for me the very large range of Japanese craft beers was the main attraction. 23 taps of all Japanese beers (or something like that) - including a couple of Real Ales - is as good a range as anywhere I’ve come across in Japan. The service is excellent, staff helpful and knowledgeable and the food we had was excellent. The venue is quite small so could easily become crowded if a large group rolled in but on our Tuesday night visit small groups with regular turnover was the norm. All up a great bar to visit. |
80 Of the bars I went to in Osaka this was the best, it had a great TAP selection, 80% of which was local. Staff were friendly, and prices were reasonable (by Japanese standards) |
82 Smallish Japanese craft bar in Horie. Prices are a bit higher than average but they have some great beer. The past year or so they have been doing more imports and rare kegs. Really enjoyed the upgrades they have made. Food is good. Best anniversary party in Osaka. Half priced pints for the weekend party! |
