They now to the samples so my money damage wasn't too bad. I would even say it was normal. Very chatty staff, which was nice. Otherwise on a side street, empty (I was only customer for a while), clean and friendly. One of the highlights from the trip. Will come back.

This place has been open for a while, but somehow I never made it. Probably not so interesting for me, because they do mostly Hungarian beers instead of Austrian ones (they are related to zip's brewery). They have an extensive tap menu. I only had time for one beer, and tried the Dry Stout with Cocoa beans. Man, it was not good. Quite strong veggie smell. Its possible that it just sat in the keg too long. Overall the place is quite nice (and rather big though). Bit on the Hipsterish side. Patio was nice and decently sized too. I was surprised for the food. I did the veggie burgers. Usually its hard to do good veggie burgers, but this one was really nice. I might have to give this another try, but yeah, if you dont sell enough beers for them to stay good, just decrease the number of kegs for a while. At the time of my visit, they did 0,3l as the smallest size, so not super tasting friendly. If the beer I tried was in better shape I would have rated this higher, probably means I need to revisit.

A really cool spot with a great selection, just a shame it's a bit too pricey.

Moderne Craftbeer Bar. Ca 15 Taps. Soweit ersichtlich alle von Zip‘s aus Ungarn. Das Essen dazu auch ganz ok. Kann man in Wien ruhig mal hingehen.

Like Ammutsøn this is a 12-draft-beer bar with little else. It's a presence in Austria of Hungarian brewery manufacturers Zip Industries, whose bespoke brewery designs are transforming Eastern Europe into a beer friendly zone. Lots of clever design features and well-prepared wholesome food.

Modern beer bar a bit away from the center. Service was decent, selection was limited to 10 or so taps. All from Zip's brewhouse. I think there was food available, but didn't try. Prices not cheap, but not unreasonable. Overall: worth a stop, but not a must.

Can be a bit smoky, even in the non-smoking section so asthmatics take note. Good selection from a partner brewery in Hungary. Run by passionate owners. Very good food for a gastropub. Would easily be my local if I lived in Vienna.

Modern beer bar/restaurant/brew pub. They have approximately 15 beers from the partner brewery zip, but some of them were not available when we were there. Those we had were mostly pretty decent - some, however, were a little off. Food looked is pretty decent. Unfortunately, the air was smoky although we were seated in the non-smoking area, which was really annoying and somehow downgraded the experience. Still a nice bar with (mostly) decent and interesting beer. The second time I visited the bar the waiter was really unfriendly and grumpy. We planned to stay longer but left early because we simply felt unwelcome.

Visited on 29th May 2017. Really nice cool craft beer bar in a residential area. Decor inside is really smart, 2 rooms and nice, clean modern feel to the place, as it was a nice evening we sat outside as there’s a decent patio area in the road outside. Beer range is from a Hungarian brewery with a great mix of styles. Service was super friendly, prices were good. Really liked this place and recommend a visit.
