66 Excellent, patient, informative, kind service. I dig their sign in the front entrance. They have a few patio tables, chairs and sunbrellas right by the street. Five rotating taps and some cans and bottles in the self-service cooler. No distribution license, so no takeout. Coffee and good popcorn are available too. |
88 I stopped here on the way back to Denver just to grab some coffee. I did not realize this was going to be such a beercentric place. The small cooler stocked with Paradox, Hall, Dry Dock and a few others caught my eye as soon as I walked in. Then the massive amount of past tap handles hanging from the ceiling sealed the deal. This coffee shop has a hip, relaxing vibe with local art inside, a couch and a small patio out front. The barista/bartender was very nice and knowledgeable. There were only five taps on, but it was all very high quality stuff. Proper glassware is used for the beer too. Past beers included BCS, Green Flash, Trinity and many, many others. They apparently get some rare stuff in from time to time. This week they are having a beer dinner featuring Empyrean Brewing. I didn’t even know their beer was available in the state. The food menu is limited to a few simple items, probably just to have something available to go with the drinks. Really cool place. |
