A pretty divey liquor store with a nice selection. Service wasn’t too customer oriented but lots of people working. Selection was nice but hard to follow the organization. Found the FFF hiding back by the coolers. Prices were solid. Worth a stop if you are hitting FFF.

Decent selection but not great. No FFF when I visited, and limited selection of other rare / interesting stuff. Most sold in 4/6-packs so if you want to sample something new, you might be stuck with five bottles that you don’t want to finish. Friendly staff, however.

Eat at Subway and go next door to get some good beers. Guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Great selection of beers not in my area. Nice selection of # Floyds and they just received the 2012 GI BCS.

I stopped in this afternoon for the first time after noticing this place at Munster’s main instersection, every time I have made the piligrimage to Three Floyds. There’s nothing impressive about the appearance, tucked away in a small corner shopping mall. Service is good, if you ask. But I was blown away by the selection and prices for such a small place. The back wall is full of 6-packs and 4-packs of craft beer, with singles on the 2 bottom shelves and a rack to the left. Coolers are behid that rack. They have a good selection of Moylan’s, Stone, Bells, and quite a few good Belgian and German singles. Many beers I can’t get in Chicago are here (like New Albanian) I left with 8 singles (mostly bombers) that I had never tried before for $56 with tax. I’ll be sure to check this place out again the next time I’m near Munster. P.S. I visited DeLock’s Liquors on the IN/IL state line at the end of IN highway 312, since I was so impressed with the Munster location’s selection. The Hammond store is very depressing. They didn’t have anything I wanted to buy, and 6 packs were all behind the counter. A customer told me that the only special beer they had was Goose Island 312, and that no one in the neighborhood has enough money for expensive beer.! Stick with their Munster location.

After seeing the other reviews and having just been to 3floyds I had to stop in for some cheap Hair of the Dog. Small place with a above average selection and nice prices. Service was friendly and helpful what more do ya need.

JUST a roadstop liquor store, but they’re fully aware of the clientele going to Three Floyds nearby. Somewhat small to showcase a big selection, but as everyone else rating here noted: Hair of the Dog Fred & Adam for $5 each! Of course a nice selection of 3F’s, plus some Moylan’s and other brews that are available in Indiana but not Illinois. Right next to Subway and a few blocks from a Wonder Bread outlet, so there’s your noshing needs.

Right down the street from Three Floyd’s we stopped by here after arriving before they opened for lunch. From the outside it doesn’t look like much, the inside is more of the same. Dirty, old rundown liquor store. Decent size. The back wall is all bottles of beer, to the back left is a cooler with six and twelve packs...The selection is pretty decent, mostly stuff you can find in Chicago. They did have Hopslam, 6 packs and the mini keg. Awesomely, they had a couple Hair of the Dog beers (Adam and Fred) and Schalfy, both of which I can’t get in Chicago. The selection was good, mostly American beers, some Belgians, not many sours though...The service was lacking, didn’t talk to anyone until we made our purchases... Not a destination spot but if in the area I would stop by again.

One of the hidden gems of our road trip. We stopped in here after hitting up Three Floyd’s. Nice selection of products. Bell’s, Three Floyd’s, Short’s, Hair of the Dog and Stone just to name a few. Hair of the Dog Adam for $4.99 a bottle? Now that’s a steal. Great prices and really good service. The most expensive bottle I bought was $9.99 for a 750 of a Boulevard beer. Big thumbs up.
