Located in downtown Harrisburg very close to the state capital. If you’re lucky you might get street parking, but there are also a parking garages near by. It’s a large space with tall ceilings and long bar with decent sized patio. Lots of good things to chose from on tap and as well as some nice stuff in bottle. (The night I visited they had 4 different Russian River beers available which is unusual this far from Philly.) It’s a pretty solid beer destination though I do wish they offered flights and smaller pours.

We came here the first time on 10.6.2017. A long bar in front of 100 taps. Music and ambience is mediocre. Quite good selection of draft beers, many from the PA area. Tapping quality of beers was no good as they use not sufficient CO2. Really hope they will correct this soon as all the good beers are wasted otherwise. Service is not very beer knowledgeable, but friendly and fast.

I visited this place at the end of June 2015. It sits in the shadow of the Pennsylvania State Capitol building. I was in jeans. Many of the patrons were dressed up bureaucrats from PA State Government I expect. But forget about politics and enjoy the 75+ taps they had for me to choose from. I had a Bell’s Oberon and a National Bohemian, which shows you the array of beer they offer. Friendly service. Decent menu. I loved the burger I ate. Not sure when I will be back in Harrisburg but this will be a return stop for me for sure.

Huge place right in downtown Harrisburg. Long bar on one side opposite a large dining/entertainment space, so there was plenty of room to spread out. Fast, friendly service at the bar. Printed tap menu of 100 beers, many of which I cannot find in my area of the country. Cigar City, Lost Abbey and others were well represented. Did not eat here, but there were some interesting items if we had chosen to.

Extensive tap selection with many interstate breweries. Seriously lacking local breweries so may be difficult to find PA scoops depending on the visit. Food was good fare. With only a few beer bars in Harrisburg it’s worth a look along with Anthony’s across the road.

Large place right on the main drag. Street parking is metered. Long bar on one end, tables, pretty generic looking. Tap selection was massive but pretty boring. We struggled to find a local beer, and it was not a tasty one. No flights or smaller pours. Very small bottle selection included one Russian River, everything else was pretty common. Food was OK but pricey. We found three times as many local beers on tap across the street at Anthony’s. So this place could definitely stand to be more creative and more local with this many draft lines.

Amibiance is almost chain like, wood bar, big bright seating. Service was decent, but a little slow. Selections can’t be beat, 100 beers in tap, tons of stuff I cant get just down the road in Pgh. Value was a ltitle lackings as most were fairly expensive, but worth it for the selection;.

Very nice decor and ambiance in this place. Good place to eat and drink at a table as well as a cool bar. Incredible selection of 100 craft brews on tap with numerous very good choices. Had a Racer X and was eyeing the Backwoods Bastard, but the GF didn’t want me to overindulge like a kid in a candy store that I can be sometimes. Food was good, service was excellent and prices were reasonable. Would definitely come back here again and I rank it as the best place for craft brew in the area.

Visited around 8pm on a Thursday evening. It was quiet inside, not too many people. The waiters were friendly and efficient. Now on to the beer. Very nice selection on tap with breweries like Port Brewing/Lost Abbey, Perennial, CCB, and the likes. They had russian river and lost abbey in bottles too. Prices were a little high and they weren’t displayed anywhere which is a bit of a pet peeve. They have legit good food and some pub grub themed food from their chefs. Value overall was still pretty good. They do growler fills, serve beer at the right temperature and in appropriate glassware and generally seem to care. I have a couple more to try, but I thinkpit is safe to assume this is one of the best places in Harrisburg.

A really nice place. over 100 beers on tap, some hard to find ones, at least for the area. Atmosphere is nice and food is great. A bit pricey, but a good place.
