Visited this place multiple times. An always changing taplist, basically Dutch and Belgium brewers, sometimes a German one. Amazing selection in the fridges, mainly Lambic from Belgium and some beers from Kemker from Germany. Always a free glass of water with your beer and free peanuts. Love this place!

Visited 01.01.20. Very friendly place four stops on the Metro from Central Station.Nice local atmpsphere, good service and an excellent selection of 30 craft beers and some more industrial ones on tap. Two fridges are filled with lambic bottles from Tilquin, 3 Fountainen, Oude Beersel and many more. It seems like all the peanut shells on the floor are a trademark of theirs.

This place is world-class. Small, intimate place, characterized by an old rustic feel, lots of peanut shells on the floor, and empty lambic bottles lining the shelves. Draught list is killer - about 40 on tap, with everything available in 0.15L pours for €2.50-4.50, and it’s a high-quality list, with lambics, saisons, imperial stouts, and more. The fridge is even more impressive, lined with rare lambics from De Cam, 3F, Cantillon, etc. They also tend to have Bokkereyder if you ask for it, and who knows what else. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. They even agreed to split some bottles with me. What a place.

Thursday evening, June 20, 2019. Nice small bar next to Amstel river at the south of the center of Amsterdam. I was surprised not to see "Foeders" on the storefront. Many people there because of the beginning of Carnivale Brett festival. Many beers on tap (50?) with many wild/sour nice beers. Friendly efficient staff. They have a great selection of big bottles in the fridge ! Cantillon, 3 Fonteinen, Antidoot... Great tastings with bottle shares !! At the first sight, the bar seems messy and dirty : the ground is covered by peanut shells but that's the landmark there :) I loved this bar.

We visited here Friday 7th June 2019 This is a great little bar which is located south of the centre, I am sure that there are plenty of public transport options to get here, however we just used Shanks Pony and walked from our hotel which was located just across the t'IJ diagonally opposite the central station. It's located on a pleasant street called Ceintuurbaan and is a stones throw from the Amstel river. Inside the look is quite simple with wooden flooring, green wooden panels a little exposed brickwork. It's rectangular in shape, narrow'ish' though widens a little once you get past the bar which is on the right hand side, and would seat about 25-30 people with further seating at the bar and a little area near the front perhaps adding a further ten seating options. There are a couple of fridges just past the bar with a nice selection of bottles, some local stuff but also some 75cl bottles of lambic. We sat at the bar and chatted to the barlady who was really lovely, very chatty, really informative and helpful with imparting new beer knowledge. She was an American but born in Oxford (UK) and had lived in Amsterdam for ten years. The beer choice was great, we had some lovely stuff whilst there including one of Loz's favourites De Dolle Boskeun, there was also a solid focus on some excellent craft beer producers from the Netherlands. Not quite sure when we'll next be back in Amsterdam, but this is now one of our new favourites.

Old style Amsterdam brown café, crossover of a craft beer bar and neighbourhood café. More than 30 taps, fitting glasses, two fridges with a lot of 75cl. bottles. Not only sour and wild beers also mainly from Dutch and belgian breweries. Good service from the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went there with Joost twice on the same evening.
