Hand Fire Pizza

This place opened last summer in an historic building (former movie theater) just off Jackson Town Square. As a former theater, the ceilings are high, and the space is a bit cavernous. But the open hearth pizza ovens are prominently displayed, which adds a nice warmth to the place. The 12 draft are almost entirely local craft beers. The only macros are in the small bottle/can menu. The pizza is terrific too.
