76 I visited on a Wednesday evening, and the place was jam-packed. Intimate place, with smooth jazz playing. Taplist featured lots of interesting things, including a BA saison and Rum King, which were both excellent; I sampled a couple others, which were solid too. But no flights - lame; only 10 oz pours (or 6 oz for the big ones), though bartenders will do free samples. Worth a stop for sure. |
84 A really beautiful space. Beer list was ok. No flights. Service very good. Worth stopping in. |
90 This place was popping off on a Sunday afternoon. It's in a shared warehouse space like so many other places in Minneapolis. Cozy, old brick interior with a lot of seating at the bar and at tables. There's a patio available for the warmer weather. They had a ton of beers on tap and I liked everything I had. Good span of styles. Great service and fair prices. Cool spot. |
74 Shit, unintentional backlog. First stop of the evening, fairly busy, found a spot in the lot though. Warehouse/industrial space, production facility. Fair sized bar, lots of tables and a stage area. They were doing some raffle thing when I was there. NO flights :(. Food truck though. Half pours available. I tried a few things and found them fair in general. |
78 Another Minneapolis brewery that really seems to be hitting their stride in making good beer. Their beers made are diverse from barrel aged sours to IPAs to lagers to barrel aged imperial stouts, all of which I have enjoyed. Their taproom is a very nice size with a large area for private events. They frequently have food trucks. Service when ordering a beer can be slow and their growler availability is quite limited but they really do have solid beer and have a great environment. |
68 Went there for the fright night beer flight crowded but fun good selection of beers, food trucks, took some mexican honey home in a growler |
80 Nice tap room for enjoying all of their beers. Lots of seating, and a super long bar if you want to sit at the bar. Outdoor patio as well, but it was raining. Food truck on hand to cure the beer hunger. I would come back here for sure. |
72 A short walk from the bus. Large warehouse style space but the tasting room is nicely appointed. Business went from 0-60 instantaneously, as I came in ahead of two large tours. Bartender was kinda offensive. While she was highly efficient, she was standoffish to customers and downright rude to co-workers. Excellent beer quality. Excellent happy hour prices, but prices are solid at all times. |
80 Visited with evanlarkin, Deyholla, jackl, Chris & Blake. Warehouse type production brewery with a smallish taproom up front. Nice space, friendly service. Beers were tasty. No flights, seems to be a pattern, not sure why. Staff handled the crowds well. Nice stop. |
88 Great tap room. Tons of selections on tap, including two special casks and one nitro tap. Cheap prices, especially for happy hour, and just a solid lineup of great beers. Service was absolutely top-notch when we went as well, really friendly and helpful staff. |
