mmaculate, large brewery with tasting room inside with ample seating. Dog-friendly inside is a big plus for us. 10 house beers on tap only, sample flights available for $7 for x4 4-5oz tasters in nice glassware in wooden palates for organization. House beers were of "okay" quality with 1 of 8 we sampled being very good and 1 of 8 being quite bad. The rest fell in the average range. I would say about half of the beers on tap were non-bottled special editions. The others were core brands that you can easily find in any reputable bottle shop. Food truck available on Saturday starting at noon. Nice. Resident hot-shot brewer Ken Schmidt graced us with his presence today, which was very cool.

A nice brewer tucked neatly in Vista offering a large, open tasting room. There was a local food vendor onsite during our visit and plenty of fresh ales flowing. Their barrels offer a nice backdrop to the seating area.

Typical Joint, I enjoyed visiting all the Vista places. They are all worth the trip. I’d love to do a bus to them all. Staff was very nice. Great to see tanks close by. Had great food...sushi bus thingie.

A staple in the hotbed of brewing that San Marcos has become. Bright, big brewery location with lots of tables. Excellent beer, fun place. I’d be there A LOT if I lived closer.

Visited 1/15/2011 with gobzilla.

Very large place hidden away in an industrial park. These guys must have started with a good sized budget judging by the size of the equipment. There are some tables and a long bar in front of the keg fridge. In the back is where the brewing and bottling equipment is.

This is a family operation for the most part. Two brothers and both parents were there. I had a good time sampling the beers and talking to the Polish mother in German. Everyone is really nice and accomodating. The brewer told us about his plans for some of the barrels and upcoming releases.

They had 6 beers on at that time and it sounds like they rotate beers regularly. I will be coming back at some point to see what’s new.

They also sell bottles to go, but you can find them in some local shops as well.

Was here in 2011 on a Friday. Was very crowded. We met a lot of nice people. The beer is above average. To be fair in this area you are so spoiled with great beers, in any other area of the world I would rate this brewery much higher.

Sought this place out on a recent business trip to SD, recommended by SamGamgee. After a couple of drives around the complex, I found it; but hey, that is half of the fun of seeking out these places. Nice industrial style tasting room, dog friendly with everything they have available for tasting. The Sushi food truck pulled up right after I arrived!, bit I was full from lunch at Stone. Knowledgeable staff, that from my understanding is mostly a family operation. Beer was good, at least the ones I tasted and friendly locals seemed to be hanging out.
