46 Local con subtítulo de "Cerveza Artesana" pero en la que se puede encontrar de seis grifos disponibles, cinco dedicados a cerveza industrial. Sólo una artesana de Domus. If you want one tick more, go ahead, if you want to taste Spanish Craft beer, forget it... |

46 Visited February 2015. Huge and crowded place with a few generic taps and a small fridge with a selection that consists of some Spanish beers (including bottles y local brewery Domus) and mainly mainstream Belgian/ German stuff. Wouldn’t let you just sit for beer downstairs, menu is as hostile to vegan as it gets and service is rigid and unfriendly. Would recommend to get some local craft beers at the souvenir shops, put it in the fridge wherever you stay and sample it there. |
84 Probably the best spot in all of toledo due to the combination of respectable beer selection and AMAZING food. Have one or two of the Belgian bottles upstairs while you wait for a table, and you’ll be rewarded with decent free tapas with each drink. Then order a nice (and cheap!) bottle of wine, and head downstairs to eat in one of the "cave rooms". The ambiance is a major part of the attraction. . Eat the "three salads" combination and the eggplant lasagna with goat cheese, honey, and nuts. It was one of the best tapas we had in our entire trip in Spain. They do have a "house brand" beer on tap, along with all the Belgians, but I was unable to confirm if they actually brewed it themselves, or if it was a rebadge of Cruz Campo. Still, top notch place considering that you’re basically in a beer desert. |
