60 It took a while to find without access to live google maps but eventually located the bar. It’s situated on a backstreet in a bustling shopping district. The patio is a drawcard and it was a pleasant space to spend some time during the late afternoon here. Unfortunately, the beers lack in the drinkabilty stakes due to noticeable flaws. All told, it doesn’t seem to stop the place being busy with drinkers, so there you go. |
74 When I stopped in, there was some pretty loud house music blasting. Some may be put off, but I thought it fit the vibe perfectly!
A modern, minimal beer bar with 3-5 beers on tap and an extremely concise menu. I’m a big fan of keeping it simple.
The Levee Common was the best of the bunch. The strong ale and double stout were out when I stopped by. Dark IPA and an American Wheat round out the menu. I wasn’t huge on the former, but the latter was very good.
Cool vibe, overall good beer, and friendly staff make it a winner for me. |
58 Levee brewing can be found using their map on Facebook it is in the backstreets near Seomyeon Station in downtown Busan on the first floor of the BZ Hotel. Their menu consists of 3 beers plus 3 dishes(fries, baked potato & jerky) the friendly staff let me have samples of the beers then I chose to order their Irish double Stout which was the nicest one. 6 seats at the bar plus seating for a further 30 at various tables. I really liked the vibe here, friendly inviting and the open terrace style seating Stirred my Montreal soul. Worth visiting. |
