76 A cool brewery on an industrial street. 2 long communal tables, plus 4 barrels set up as table. Live djs on Friday night. 4$ per 5 ounces. Interesting and solid beers, from sour to big DIPA and stouts. |

61 Located in Long Island City, a bit industrial area, typical warehouse taproom. Tonight full despite of heavy rain as they had quiz night. I had a couple of their IPAs and they were very tasty. I think that they don't make flights. |
62 Walked here from John Brown Smokehouse. Came at 9 only to find the server closing down for the night, even though Facebook, website and sign on the door clearly said that they should be open to 11PM. Place itself was nice enough, pretty big, varehouse style, wood, barrels. Some 10 beers on tap. Maybe call ahead if you are planning a visit. |
78 Located in the neighborhood which has seen better days. Medium sized taproom, the brewery is just down the hall. Wasn't too crowded on both occasions I've paid it a visit. Around 10 of their beers on tap, no flights. Beer quality is very good, some great IPAs. Met Siege and Rosanna here, nice to have a chat with fellow beer geeks. |
74 ok i liked here, service was friendly, but the lack of samplers really put a dampner on this. saying that i judt bit the bullet and hit them all... beers was decent. |

88 My favourite spot on a recent Long Island city crawl in spite of its industrial, not particularly welcoming neighborhood. Fairly big place, the fermenting vessel sight from the side of the tasting room is impressive. Understaffed (only one barmaid), but impressively efficient service. Very nice vibe, inside the brewhouse and tastefully decorated with old wood, a few barrels here and there, plenty of space, a small bar area. Very fun space. Can design is like-minded and the beer quality was definitely impressive. 3 different Saison when we were there. All were good to very good. Likewise for the pale ales. A bit out of the way for a visitor, but close enough to a metro station that I’d skip many two places to replace by LIC to get a few extra samples. |
78 Rather large, cool, modern-looking taproom. Didn’t see any flights on offer here (only place on our small LIC brewery tour that did not offer that). I was with a friend of mine and we both tried one of their IPA offerings, which seemed to be the most common beer style on tap when we visited. Both were very good, if a bit samey. Seem to remember this place being a bit more expensive than the others we visited. |
80 Solid spot with a fair few offerings (8 or 9 maybe?). Some rotation in the offering, but not a ton. They do can releases with pre-ordering and this past holiday season (right after xmas, 2016) they still had cans left of samo and party crasher to be purchased at the brewery. Definitely worth checking out especially if you know they have something you’re interested in on tap but not something that’s worth going to more than once a week. |
