LOCAL Beer, Patio, and Kitchen (South Lincoln)

Visited for lunch on a Tuesday around noon or 1 PM. Ultra modern location with lots of taps and a heavy focus on locally made food and beer. All of their taps were dedicated to Nebraska, though HuskerTan says they sometimes will have beer from neighboring states as well. We tried a flight of the 5168 Brewing beers as well as a flight of other Nebraska breweries. I was pretty happy with the quality of both the food and the beer. Service was even better. Very friendly and able to make recommendations that we're worthwhile. Really enjoyed this place and would definitely return if I find myself in Lincoln.

This place just opened in Lincoln although there were already 3 locations in Omaha. Some growing pains and mediocre service by most accounts but perhaps it's just because it's new. One of the best places for an all around spot to get tons of Nebraska breweries in all of town, especially south Lincoln. $2 for a 4oz taster and very good food. Sampling the beers must be paired with an order of fried bierrocks. A bit too sports bar feeling for my taste but I image I'll be somewhat of a regular when I visit town.
