Main & Six Brewing Company

After the dreadful Army -Navy game we visited two Brewerie in Jax. This one was very special. Nice mix of IPAs and a special Black IP.. Greg gave me a short tour of the 5 barrel system. The ales were excellent. Plenty of tables and a good crew serving you. The location is on Main Street and parking was not a problem. Purchased a quart of the Black IPA.

Nice tasting room just north of the downtown. A dozen taps or so, with flights of 4 available for $8. Had a bunch of IPAs, which were all solid. Super friendly staff. Solid stop.

Storefront in one of the old neighborhoods. Nice bar area surrounded by tables. The brewer is one of those guys who is living the dream - beer brewing defines him, and it shows. All samples were very good to excellent quality. A friendly place with a warm ambiance. Definitely a bright future for this place.

Visited November 2017 with some friends. Nicely lit new place, very clean and nice. Friendly and knowledgeable service - the owner and brewer was working, so basically could answer anything you wanted. They know my friends as they live around the corner, so service was very kind. Great beer - seems like they have a good thing going and a lot of potential!
