70 Small place, outdoor seating. Great service. Wasn’t busy at all. The beers were quite good, better than average. Pretty much looks exactly like a McMenamins. Good basic food. |
74 The ambiance of this little pub makes it all worthwhile. The service is a touch slow, but considering the type of pub, it’s very acceptable. The staff is very worthy when it comes to talking beer. Tasters offered, not just on request. Though I was skeptical, the Irish Stout was impressive as was the Ruby. Both lovingly and expertly crafted. I would return here in a heartbeat. |
72 Stopped here while going to Eugene for a beer trip. This is an old English pub feel McMenamins did a super job here. Had a tasty new brew while there and the fish and chips where wonderful. Now I was early in the afternoon so it was slow and the service was pretty good. I must say the bartender and I talked beer for a quite some time. So get out your bowler and cane head down toe the local tavern in Corvallis. They have a nice set up and I am sure during school time this place is rocking. |
70 Nice place. Good food, good selection of locally brewed beer |
76 College crowd. Took my son there. Only sandwiches on the menu, but they were very good. Great beer selection. |
64 Looks like they purchased an old Gustav’s German restaraunt or something. Very small place inside, split up into two different rooms. Food and beer is typical McMenamins. The stuffed burger with ham and pineapple was really good, and the staff was very good for McMenamins. |
60 This McMenamins is in a small almost medieval looking building. The whole place is really small. Everytime I have been there the crowds have been light. Although it is in a college town so I am sure it get busy. The food is the standard McMenamins menu and the beer is also standard. However, if you need a place in Corvallis to hang out and talk to friends you can do a lot worse |
