Remodled and looks great. Loads of taps (~20) and 4 stocked refrigerators. Food truck. Outdoor seating cause of Covid for now. Friendly staff. Worth visiting

A while back, Mikkeller took over the old Alesmith location and completely remodeled it. There is a nice bar with 21 taps of varied brews. Nice selection and friendly staff.

Visited December 2016.

In the former Alesmith tasting room space and the layout is the exact same, they just serve Mikkeller beers now instead of Alesmith stuff and there's different decorations.

Large variety of Mikkeller offerings available. I opted for a handful of tasters. Nothing really exceptional, though nothing was outright awful either...which I always consider a bit of a win.

If you like Mikkeller beers, then you'll like this place. The tasting room is fine enough and there's a decent bit of room, as long as it's not too crowded.

Big place in an industrial area. Typical Mikkeller decor, wood, steel, paintings on the walls, clear colurs, quite spacy. 20 tap's, good quality as expected. Okies service, slight confused. Tasters and full pours. Prices not as bad as some other Mikkellers. Cans to go aswell. Brewery in the back.

Came here on 15.4.2018. Located close to White Labs in a typical Californian Industrial real estate. I was at this location 10 years ago when it was still the original Ale Smith brewery. Ambiance is not very different to all the other 100 Industrual Estate breweries in SD, except the distinct Mikkeller paintings. Beers are - as expected - very good. They had 19 beers on tap: I had a Berliner with Orange Zest, a double hopped IPA and a single hop. All were really good.
