64 Beer is cromulent but always really crowded and slow (and closes at unpredictable times). |
76 The place to go in Moab for a beer. Lots of their 4% on tap plus some higher abv in bottles. Really good food a bit slow but the place is busy. Also sell their beer to go. |
68 visited on vacation. Nice venue, clean and welcoming. Service was decent. Selection was okay - the Utah 4% thing is super lame, but they did offer some higher ABV in cans/bottles. Food was decent also |
72 Ambiance - fun place. Cool memorabilia. Lots of options here.
Service - was ok
Selection - wasn’t overly abundant. Beers are middle of the road.
Food - wasn’t able to grab any, but the gelato looked and smelled amazing.
Value - was appropriate.
Overall - was ok, not overly memorable. Would recommend. |
72 Arrived around 6 PM and a short wait for a table. Ambiance in keeping with the outdoor vibe in Moab. Service was fairly efficient. The beers were average for the 4% drafts dictated by some stupid law. Higher abv beers in cans and bottles had more flavor but were not stellar. Food menu was fairly extensive and the dishes we tried were quite good. |
62 Post-climbing beer! Tourist trap feel, which is unfortunate. Lots of garish signs and t-shirts for sale. Once seated, it isn't too bad. The server was friendly enough, but overworked. Can't have more than 2 tasters at a time, but she kept them coming, which was nice. 10 draft beers, which are the low gravity choices, and the higher alcohol options can't be sampled, sadly. The food we had was really good. It's just burgers, sandwiches, and other bar food, but it's well done. The $0.65 samples are wonderful for ticking, admittedly, and the pints are well priced. Even the bombers of the good stuff are under $9, which is pretty good. This is a fun place, and very popular. There's no other real option in town for ticking and reasonably good beer, so... |
72 The beer scene in Utah is pretty grim, but this place was a bright spot. They even had liquor, a rare sight. Good food, pints are $4-6. Given the restrictive liquor laws in the state, I would say that Moab Brewery is doing a great job. |
68 10 beers offered on draft, all at 4%. 3 additional 16 oz cans available in house or to go, ranging up to 7%. A little bit loud inside with open seating in the bar area and good service. If you’re in Moab looking for some new ticks, might as well go for it. (Note: ~2 ounce tasters available for 65 cents, but in Utah you can only have 2 drinks in front of you at a time, so a pint and a taster is not a bad way to go.) |
66 A large brew pub with quite a bit of eclectic decoration: bikes, a jeep, kayak, etc. all making sure you know what the pastimes are in Moab. The place was kind of loud and was definitely crowded. Parking can be a challenge in the lot but there are options on the side streets. The beers on tap are all 4% but they offer a few cans of higher strength. The service was pleasant enough. The food was not very good at all. My hamburger was definitely a frozen patty. You can buy beers to go. |
56 beer is the reason why we entered and we found! Pub is not the best for my personal taste but service was friendly and beers good. |
