Mountain Sun Pub and Brewery

Small place. Stopped in for lunch. Interior is humble, waitstaff was laid back and friendly. Food was good, beer were surprisingly good.

Bar with bar chairs. Outdoor service. Food served. Did not have any. Many small tables. Young waitresses. 21 taps. Noisy. Slow service. Fair prices.

Visited later evening on a Tuesday. Located just off the Pearl Street mall, sort of a small pocket building. Big open narrow space, with a busy, crowded bar at the back. The back bar is where you get your beer, then there are tables throughout the room, and a narrow sidewalk patio out front. 15 house beers on offer, fun variety of styles. Friendly efficient service, and a fun happy crowd. I enjoyed my stop.

Very Colorado with lots of "awesomes" from the staff. Decent beers, good vegetarian food. Something feels a bit chain-like, but it was a great start to our Colorado vacation.

Very crowded, no parking, had to pay for parking in a garage and they didn’t validate. The service was kind and attentive. Good selection of beer, but there are better in Boulder. The food was ok, but they got my friend’s order wrong and my wife had a piece of steel wool in her burger. Everything was comped, but it was a bad experience for us that day.

Visited during a busy lunch rush while on vacation. Fun bright decor- a mix of southwest and "hippie" with art painted right onto the walls. Good basic selection of house brews. I enjoyed all the ones I sampled. Service was good- he brought me some samples to my taste, was attentive despite the rush, but not a hoverer. Food (burger) was good but not mind-blowing. Prices seemed decent, but I am not familiar with area prices. Good first stop.

College town feel small brew pub. Great service, cool selection of non-standard beers. Service was great and unpretentious. Worth swinging in for sure.

Great location right on Pearl Street, cool building with lots of art and music décor. Beer is okay. Food not that great. Staff really is a bunch of kids that don’t have a vast knowledge of beer. Overall, it’s fine.
