72 Small space compared to Oakshire and Hop Valley. 10 beers on tap with about 7 being some form of pale ale or IPA. No food, so both Hop Valley and to a lesser extent Oakshire are better options. I thought it was okay. I guess I could come back. |
70 Score doesn’t reflect how much I enjoyed it. Small tasting room, large out door area, service was friendly, food truck rolled up just before I left |
72 Visited on 10th November 2014. Modern tap room alongside the brewery which has a selection of merchandise on display. 10 of their own beers available which came in a 5 beer taster tray which we set about. Decent service. Beer was decent enough but not the best of the trip. A nice place. |
76 Probably my favorite beers of the "Big 3" (Ninkasi, Oakshire, Hop Valley), but the lack of food somewhat narrow selection are problematic. But the trading cards are a great idea, the merchandise is actually a cut above, and the servers are very helpful. |

72 Decent beer, but the selection is not phenomenal, and the only beer I really liked a lot was their Dawn of the Red and Critical Hit Barleywine. Everything was ok, but none of it really blew me away at all. |
66 Visited around 3pm on Monday 11/10/14.
Small tap room built alongside the brewery with 10 beers on tap, all own brews, mix of styles available in pints, half pints or a 5 beer taster for $7. The tasting tray was a nice touch, a metal tray with trading cards (like top trumps) describing each beer.
Service was fine, not very busy on our visit with perhaps a dozen others, that said you’d be hard pressed to fit more than 40/50 folks in here. Merchandise also available allied with beers to go.
Ok place, beers were fine but nothing blew me away. Just a few minutes walk from Hop Valley Brewing. |
82 I love Ninkasi, and this has been one of my go-to breweries for quite a while now. The taproom is pretty small, but the outside seating is fantastic. Nice firepit and live music in the evenings. Food cart (Sandwich League) is freaking AWESOME...however I can’t rate Ninkasi on this food since it’s an outside vendor. The staff is awesome and the brewery tour was great! Brewery workers Jared & Dan are bad@$$! I love those guys!! Definitely a MUST-STOP when you are in the Willamette Valley...especially if you like hop-forward beers!! |
80 Cool place. Smaller indoor seating area and a nice outdoor area. Cool building. Good beers, nice staff, a great place to hangout and have a couple beers. |
78 Very nice brewery with a very comfortable vibe. Tasting room is very small but there is a real nice outside area with some ez ups and tables. The centerpiece of outside though is a large "fire pit" with glass beads as the medium that is a really nice place to congregate and warm up. Most of the Ninkasi line is availalabe on tap. Food is served through a rotating lunch truck that parks almost in the common outside area making a nice transition so long as the weather is nice. Loved the place and would highly recommend to any beer lover going through Eugene. |
