Quite okay place, with good house beer and quite tasty meals that well pair up with the beer.

Iznogud  (1028) Zagreb, Croatia | December 25, 2018
Visited with Travlr in early evening. This place is tucked in concrete jungle of Petrzalka, northern side of the building if you find your self wandering like we did. Medium sized place, we were pretty much the only guests except for one more table. 6 taps out of 8 were on, all Slovak exept for one Lagunitas. Solid offer of bottles, but nothing too interesting. We ordered some utopenci which were delicious. As Gene mentioned service was very odd. The old guy working there offered us some Slivovitz, but in the end charged for it. That is not how things are done where I come from. Have to say I felt a bit cheated especially since shots were more expensive than beer. On the other hand we were not charged for snacks so the whole thing seems very odd.

Travlr  (3535) No fixed abode, South Dakota | September 24, 2018
Visited with Iznogud. Tiny place right across from Billa in Petrzalka, two minute walk from Clock Block and an easy bus ride from the city center (assuming you don't trip in any holes). Small serving bar, a cooler, shelves with empty display bottles, a couple of tables, and chairs outside. Six beers on tap when we visited including two of their own. Staff guy generously offered us some slivovice which we gratefully accepted, and even brought us water without us asking, but at the end of the session we found he had charge us for both. Oh well. We ordered some snacks and he didn't charge us for those, so not sure what's happening here. Still the bill was unexpectedly high for what we had.

I somehow stumbled across this place on my way from the gym to Clock Block as it couldn't be seen on the RB map (zero ratings yet). It's a mix of a bar and a shop while snacks are offered as well. The staff showed me around, explained all the breweries to me from which they sold bottles and did that in proper English. The bottles are shown on a shelf but they are kept cooled in a fridge in a back room. The eight taps offer some Nobell beers as well as other micro brews from Slovakia. The beers can only be ordered in 0.4 l pours, the prices are not as cheap as at other places but still great for the standards I'm used to. The place maybe lacks some atmosphere yet but the friendly staff makes up for it. Recommended place, can be combined easily with Clock Block.
