A deli/restaraunt/tap room. Quaint and pleasant with really nice service. Lots of taps and a huge and cheap tasting board. Food is lots of game meats at a good price. Beer is pretty decent with a few stand outs. A great stop on the way to or from Portland.

Great little place that is totally worth the stop if you’re driving down I-5. I didn’t expect much but left impressed. The service was excellent--a friendly waitress who knew about the beer. I ordered a flight and was surprised to see how many different samples were on the platter--I think there were eleven! The food was very good. Prices were reasonable. I would certainly return the next time I’m driving by.

I love this place and have fond memories here. It’s just cosy and fun. Very easy to spend an afternoon eating and drinking. Beers and food are equally worthwhile. Should’t be missed if you ever wander thru Centralia but worth making a trip for.

Nice, small, friendly place. Dick’s beer. The meat on the sandwhiches is smoke by Dick. They do need a better sourdough bread and a more presentable bathroom. Worh a visit.

Faster is suggested as beer quality varies widely from style to style. Excellent brats and enthusiastic staff. Motto: you can’t beat dick’s meat.

I wish this place was open at night. Everytime I come by here they are closed, and I feel like I just missed them because it was only a few minutes after closing. One of these times I will write the hours down and make a special effort to come by when they are open because I really like a few of their beers.

Visited 07Jul2007. Good food. Good meat selection. Beer selection was good. Their IPA is very good. If you are going near Centralia on I-5, stop and check the place out.

11 of their beers on tap. Service was very good, food was excellent...a must stop on your way by, even if it is off the main road.

Updated this is Dicks Brewing beer only the old brewery location. Wow what a find. In the middle of no where there’s Dicks. A great little place for a easy to get German style lunch. The little pub with good beer and food. The people serving where very nice and busy and the brewery was small and soon to be relocated. This is a must see on your trips up and down I-5. Great times. They have a ton of beers on tap you can only find at the pub. They also have all sort of tee shirts, and such to sell also. Be sure to get some Lava Porter it is very tasty along with the IPA the brewers uses Dick’s fresh hops from the home garden. Talk to Dick he is a character and then some.
