Highly recommended; obviously a very knowledgeable staff. Can’t beat the tour value... 5 bucks gets you five beers and a glass. Very nice experience.

Stopped by for a few samples and were treated exceptionally well by Lauren. Had about 6 beers and a quick tour of the joint. Decent brews and folks who take pride in their product. Keep an eye out for events as it seems they could be a lot of fun here.

Nice place, they allowed us to visit during the non-tour hours, we just e-mailed ahead. Hostess really knew the beer and let us try everything. Nothing for sale, it was tastings only.

Since we were in the area after touring DFH this seemed like another close-by brewery to check out. Comparatively this is a much smaller craft brewery, but about ~25 were on the tour which is pretty damn good! $5 got you 5 nice sized samples and a glass. Tour could have used amplification or something for the large group BUT otherwise the guide handled us well. My only critique as a brewery is to figure out their name(s). I only recently learned that Fordham = Old Dominion = Coastal Brewery. Streamlining so people know it’s all one company would help branding.

These guys are pretty awesome, the main problem? They have an identity crisis... are they fordham, old dominion or coastal breweries? They need a name and identity. They have a great team focused on detail. Also they want everyone happy with some beer. They are growing and I think have a bright future.

Nice brewpub though fairly hard to find in an industrial park. Huge selection of their beers, and many guest beers. Not amazing, but if you’re in this area, it gives you a good chance to pick up a large number of Old Dominion and Fordham brews.

Took us a while to find it - it’s buried in an industrial park. 7:00 on a Saturday night and there were maybe 4 people at the bar and maybe 3 or 4 families in booths. Very sterile, lacking character and personality. This place is soulless. Regarding the beers - they had a Chocolate Coffee Stout, a Chocolate Porter, a Coffee Stout and Oak Barrel Stout - all flavored. How about trying to brew a straight up porter or stout that’s good instead of masking the flavors with unnecessary additions. All of the beers we had were disappointing - flavorless, weak and watery. We were very surprised. Food was ok, but there was no style to the menu - thai, spaghetti, chili, steaks, etc. all on the same menu. Food was ok, but we left most of it on the bar uneaten. I guess if you live in this area and there are so few good beer bars and or brewpubs, this would be the default place to go. Otherwise, if you’re visiting the area, don’t make a special trip here. We were very surprised to hear they’re owned by Budweiser now. In fact, their tap lineup had Bud, Bud Light and Bud Select.
