60 We came here on 28.11.2021. Less than 1 k from Revolution. Stylish place with 21 beers on tap. Serving beers in good glassware, a bit too cold though. Service just average and food needs to be ordered via QR code - insane. Had two Hazy IPAs, both quite good. Brewhouse visible to the right and an outside place to the left. Ok place but no soul and personality. |
80 A modern/comfy feeling taproom that doubles as a coffee house. Large bar in the back with plenty of seating throughout. No TVs. Service was good and bartenders knew the beer and offered good suggestions. A cool concept as a brewery incubator meant a large and varied tap list with and flights were available. I did not try to food on my visit and prices seemed in line with the area. Well worth a stop. |
86 This is a modern, sleek, hip drinking space that serves fine coffee drinks alongside house-brewed beers. In addition to the Pilot Project lineup, they have guest breweries come in to brew beers to be served. The span of the tap list is widened with this concept, there was no shortage of interesting or familiar styles. It's pretty chill in here, a lot of folks were unwinding or doing work on laptops. The beer is at a premium price, but it's been a few years since my last visit and I felt the cost of living bump this time. So it's not just Pilot Project, but I saw $9 pours of pretty standard beers (IPA, Pilsner, Pale ale, etc.) at a few different places around town. It's a cool business model here and we were just bumming around the neighborhoods along the blue line towards the airport which made this a pretty convenient stop. |
