This is a huge brewpub with a lot of emphasis on the restaurant portion. The ambiance is very stock. Food looked pretty tasty but we did not eat on this visit. The beer was passable and they actually put a little effort in. They had a bourbon barrel stout on and a chile beer and even a cask gotlandsdricke coming. Service was good, but they definitely are more restaurant/sports bar focused. Decent stop.

Much like a chain brewpub nice looking place and large. Really only their brews for options. Burger was fine. Fries very good. Had sampler. The lighter beers and Scottish ales were fine. Stout and ipa below average. Good service

massive room with 20-25 foot ceilings and lots of stone and flat screen tv’s. They had 9 beers available and judging by the laminated menu they don’t rotate very often. With the exception of the Oktoberfest, the beers were mediocre at best. A lot of their bigger beers flavor faded quickly. I witnessed some horrendous service at bar from a "bartender" who literally knew nothing about the beers. A patron asked her if they had anything like a pilsner or a lager. She hands the guy the laminated sheet and walks away. But this is the wilds of Castle Rock, what else is there out here, so the place was packed. Definitely don’t need to make a trip out to this place.

As others have mentioned, a big chain brewpub look. TONS of large groups of 6-10 and families with kids. Since we were only two, we were seated imemdiately at a small table. I was impressed how the staff was really hustling to bus tables and get everyone seated and fed. We had a sampler and surprisingly all eight beers, the usual brewpub styles with cheesy names and served in little snifters, were pretty damn good. Not great, but solid and tastier than those from any chain. My faves were the Hopyard IPA (duh) and the "Old Dutch" American lager (another surprise). The pub grub was also good and filling. It’s not a cozy place, or somewhere you can talk beergeek with the brewer, but overall a whole lot better than I expected.

Seems very much like a chain brewpub. I had the bourbon stout, the ipa, and the anniversary ale. The anniversary ale was probably the best, but definitely nothing amazing. The two other were average. I ate the brewery pretzels and they were good. If you live here stop in, but otherwise keep driving to springs or denver.

Big Rock Bottom-like brewery/restaurant. For the most part, the beers were mediocre. The food was typically American stuff- burgers, Mexican, and steaks and was average. When I visited, they had five beers on tap and another three bottles for to go purchase. I also found a couple others not available here at the neighboring liquor store.

Entirely average brewpub, both in food and beer. The IPA was good, if nothing special. Had a couple other beers but nothing really stood out. It’s rather large so it can certainly get noisy. I’d go back if the group picked it but overall, it wouldn’t be my choice.

Large and well lit but reminded me of a chain sportsbar. The service was a bit slow considering I sat at the bar and they were’nt busy. I ordered a taster tray and they were short 1 beer but it was still full price and the bartender would’nt even give me an extras of one of the beers to make it up. Did’nt bother trying the food so I can’t say how they are in that department. The selection of beers was average with 6 choices. All mediocre with the exception of there IPA. Nothing special in my opinion.

Seems like a chain brewery. Descent atmosphere. Sterile environment though. Food is average. TV’s to watch the game. Service is descent. Beers below average. Not worth the trip south.

Nice building located near The Outlets at Castle Rock. The inside is noisy and you have to walk through the smoking section to get to a non-smoking seat. They had 7 house beers available, none were exceptional. The service could have been a little better. The food is typical American restaurant fare; although, the Cream of Jalapeno soup was very good.
