Single Hill Brewing Company

Brand new space in downtown Yakima, fairly centrally located, with a nice industrial chic feel inside and great patio space outside. Service was great, passionate, friendly, and knew every question I asked about the beers on tap. Selection was impressive, again because it was hop harvest season, but very cool to see 5 different collaborations and 4 different fresh hop beers on top of sours, lagers, and pale ales. The best local brewery in downtown Yakima, bring that Bale Breaker is a bit outside of town.
