74 Unassuming building in a fairly residential area, the (fairly long) walk from the subway does not feel like it has a brewery at the end. Beers are generally good. Hard to combine with other places due to its location, but certainly worth a visit. |
84 We came here on 26.10.2019. 30 minutes subway trip from Time Square + 10 minutes walking. Brewery is in the back and hardly visible. A D.J. was playing vinyl records in the pub - very cool. Two screens were showing horror movies (Evil Dead) due to Halloween. A band was preparing to play on the balcony. We drank Hop Ales, Weird + Gillie and Half Stack (was our favorite). All were great beers!!! The Can logos are very quaint too. Definitely a place you should not miss during a NYC visit. |
78 Very decent brewpub to have a beer. Listed 16 beers, though only about 12 on Saturday night. Reasonable sized, with a small deck for a warmer night. Crowlers and friendly staff as well as very drinkable beers and the chance to get at newest or special releases. |
84 Awesome vibe, great beer, friendly staff. Didn't try the food options, but was impressed overall! |
82 Agreed with the reviews praising the space, vibe, and service. Spent a lovely few hours here with a large, festive crowd. The Singlecut staff were unfailingly patient and helpful. Was also quite impressed with the beers on hand, ranging from a marzen to IPAs to sours. Solid and reasonably innovative offerings across the board. Definitely worth checking out. |
82 Final brewery on trolley tour and I was quite drunk by this point. However very nice designed place cool decor and good music. Lots of beers that is of good quality. Fun spot. |
78 Interesting space. It looks like what it is, a taproom attached to a brewery, but it is cleaner and sharper than most. There are high top tables and stools, and the classic rock was flowing thru the speakers. Judging by some of the beer names, these guys must be big music fans. It is a fun place to visit, and you can get drafts in a few different sizes. The prices are good by NYC standards, but growlers are a little high. It was cool to see some crowlers being poured, but they cost $2 and are not refillable. They offer a big range of their fine brews, many of which are not widely available. I am delighted that places like this, small breweries that make very fine products, have been opening in New York City in the past couple of years. |
88 Very nice decoration. Industrial style place. You can try only their own beers which are really fresh and nice. They were also the chippiest place in NY. |
76 Saturday afternoon with Max, Andy, Pearl, Teddy, and met up with Sean. Fairly crowded the entire time we were there. Not packed to the point that you couldn’t move, but most of the seats were full, and a good chunk of people standing. We eventually got all of us situated at a table at some point. About 16 beers (including a guest cider) on when we were there, though they were out of four of them. Prices were good, crowd was good, beers were good. If LIC Beer Project is the place to go with your friends who are beer geeks and want to relax, this is the fun place to go to hang out with your friends who may not all be beer people. Not as close to the other places, but the bus makes it pretty easy. Worth a stop if you can get up there.

72 Large, well lit, industrial looking place with loud music and young people, but the selection was disappointing since I had expected more and rarer choices. Still not bad. |
